Good Times Ahead!
You have to admit it is hard to find a better and more relaxing time than sitting around a campfire with a bunch of friends shooting the breeze, roasting marshmallows or even partaking of adult beverages. So I have a question for you. Why not carry that theme into your own backyard with a DIY fire pit? You’ve got to admit it’s a great idea and one you might want to consider.
If it is something you decide you want to shoot for then check out the link below for an easy to build do-it-yourself fire pit. The pit itself consists simply of excavating about 4 – 6 inches deep of earth 36 inches in diameter, laying 36 landscaping blocks and some sand or gravel for the bottom. This is one of those projects that you should have no trouble completing in an afternoon and have it up and running that evening. This is of course assuming that you can get some firewood to feed it at your local Home Depot or Lowe’s.
This project is so simple that I’m going to provide you with only pictures for assembly at the link below.
